President

Corey Gosser

Corey Gosser began his career in real estate and development at a very young age, practically growing up on job sites with his father and grandfather throughout Southern California. He comes from a long lineage of developers, dating back to his great grandfather.

Corey attended Cal State Northridge, where he graduated with a double major in Real Estate and Finance and was an All-American in track and field in the pole vault. Upon graduation, Corey quickly obtained his Broker's license and Contractor's license. His career began at Golden State Commercial Corporation, a property management, brokerage and development firm based in Los Angeles. He was responsible for managing multiple commercial buildings, along with constructing several new developments, including the Motion Picture building and CSATF. During his 12 years at Golden State, he brokered over 26 million in commercial acquisitions and managed over 400,000 sqft of commercial and residential projects. In 2010, Corey founded Gosser Development with his wife, Hillary. Since then, he has hit the ground running.

As a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, Corey goes above and beyond for his clients. He manages all construction matters including developing project budgets and schedule; initiating, monitoring, and following-through on all construction/projects, ensuring work adequately reflects plans and budget. He also enforces safety standards, following applicable codes and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, building codes, fire codes, and ADA requirements.

Over his career, Corey has managed multiple commercial and multifamily construction projects, ground up development and commercial tenant improvements.

Corey enjoys playing golf, visiting wine country and going to the lake with his family.

What We Offer

Development

Gosser Development Corp. has developed several projects over the past few decades, particularly in the motion picture industry. Most notable include the CSATF (Contract Services Administration Trust Fund) building and the Motion Picture building in Burbank. In addition, Gosser Development Corp. has also built multifamily buildings in Los Angeles. Construction

Gosser Development Corp. is a fully licensed General Contractor. We provide nearly any type of construction service to our clients, large or small. We have supervised and managed a variety of different construction projects, ranging anywhere from large scale apartment buildings, commercial buildings, tenant improvements, etc.
